Order Process

Fill in our contact form or e-mail us at info@scribblersonline.com, providing as much detail as possible.

Each potential order is assessed individually.

How it works

Every order follows a simple 5-step process, from brief to successful delivery:

Contact: Get in touch via our contact form to tell us about your project. We’ll get back to you and discuss the details.

Details: We tell you how much it will cost and we agree on a time frame for delivery.

Delivery: Once you are happy with the details, we will begin work and deliver your project by the agreed deadline. *

Review: You review the completed project and request any revisions you might need (we include two free revisions in the project price).

Payment: Once you are happy, we send you an invoice, which you can pay through PayPal’s secure payment system.

* For longer projects, we can split up the delivery and payment process, so you can review and approve each part before we begin on the next.

Free amendments

We are proud of our services and we you to be delighted too. This is why we offer two free amendments with all our orders. Our customers are normally satisfied first time, however, if you are not 100% happy, we will amend the content until you are.
